Keep in mind the following when browsing the product offerings:  Items in the photos are generally available for immediate shipment. With some products, there are optional colors or patterns that can be special ordered. If a item shows 'Sold Out' it can be special ordered. Lead-time for special orders is 4-8 weeks depending upon item and quantities. Please email us with your requirements if you wish to order a product that is showing Sold Out. In many cases, items can be special ordered in different patterns than what is pictured. If you don’t see what you are looking for, please contact us to discuss. We offer preferred client services, including working with artists in Italy to find exactly what you’re looking for. Leadtime for custom designed patterns and products can vary based on the artist and the client needs. Special order products are not available for return/refund unless there are defects to the product of it is damaged in shipment. All Dishware is available by special order only. Please refer to Dishware Ordering for details. Leadtime for dishware orders is 6-10 weeks from the time of order.
